GLP-III · Triple Metabolic System

Three receptor families. One coordinated signal.

GLP-III is a patent-pending, non-drug, non-stimulant metabolic system designed to support signaling across three receptor families at once. It works with the body's own incretin pathways rather than replacing them.

GLP-III How it works

One system, three conversations

The incretin axis is not a single switch. Three receptor families each carry a different part of the metabolic conversation, and each has its own downstream job. Most products in this category engage one of them and let the market assume the rest.

GLP-III is formulated to support all three. The diagram below names each receptor, the function it governs, and what the formulation is designed to do at that site — so you can check the claim against the biology rather than take it on faith.

The Triple Metabolic System: the GLP-III core linked to the GLP-1 receptor for appetite signal support, the GIP receptor for glucose response support, and the glucagon receptor for energy balance support.

Schematic: it depicts formulation design intent and receptor-linked signaling, not measured clinical endpoints or a claim of receptor agonism.

Design principles

D/01

Coordinate, don't saturate

Support across three receptor families instead of flooding one and accepting the downstream cost.

D/02

Bioavailable forms only

Where a well-studied active has a poorly absorbed common form, we use the form the literature actually tested.

D/03

Ratios, not maximums

Receptor families respond to balance. Doses are set by the ratio the research supports, not by whichever number looks strongest on a panel.

D/04

Disclosed in full

Every ingredient at its actual dose. No proprietary blend column.

What GLP-III is not

Anti-hype means saying the unglamorous part out loud. GLP-III is not a peptide injection, not a semaglutide analogue, and not a substitute for medical care.

Not a peptide injection or an oral semaglutide analogue.
Not a stimulant, and not a thermogenic.
Not a replacement for prescribed metabolic therapy.
Not clinically proven to cause weight loss — no such claim is made.
Not built on our MOF carrier platform — that is a separate line of research.
